You are trying to fit in but get the benefits of standing out. You want to wear a neon pink and magenta camo suit, stand with a group of other people who are wearing neon pink and magenta suits and be remarkable.
What if yours was the coolest car at the mechanics shop?
What if your food was the most average sandwich in the world?
The most beautiful computer that doesn't work?
Make something that makes peoples lives better.
Google is a stupid name.
Apple is a stupid name.
Tesla was the last name of a man who died a long time ago.
They are talked about because of what they do, not because the name is fun to say but because people want to be associated with them.
Yes, dress great, have that significant feature that people talk about. The bald buy with the glasses, the tall guy with the teeth, the super enthusiastic guy with the great hair etc.
It's not the teeth, hair or glasses there are plenty of strange people out there. It's what they did and the accessories are what they reach for when the name illudes them. If they didn't do anything remarkable nobody would care if they were tall, had orange glasses or big teeth.
